2. Description of Service

Wingtrex provides a software platform for aviation organizations to manage their fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance tracking, compliance, and billing. Wingtrex also provides a marketplace for pilots to discover organizations and aircraft. Wingtrex is a technology platform and does not operate, maintain, or control any aircraft.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Listing Accuracy

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their aircraft listings, rates, and availability information. Wingtrex does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any discrepancies between listed and actual information. Pilots should confirm all details directly with the organization before booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wingtrex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wingtrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wingtrex in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Wingtrex after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
